The Feasibility And Merits of "Flextime" in the United States Business Environment

The "flextime" concept is one alternative which provides this desired flexibility. The feasibility of "flextime systems", within the United States business environment, was substantiated by research into the literature and analysis of a survey conducted among companies which have used "flextime". While "flextime" does not provide flexibility in the total work-life pattern, within a limited time span it has proven to be a viable step toward the satisfaction of this need
